Need some advice on this dental issue...

All he kept saying was that there was no root there, he said that there was something but it was kinda hard to see. I was thinking about moving, and he told me that if i moved that I might have to "start over" payment wise with another orthodontist...is that true or is he just saying that?

Keep your real teeth and than have a cosmetic dentist put a veneer on them so they can shape it to look straight.
