I don't do Oil Pulling per se, but I have but not for the 20 minutes..one can do it for 5 minutes and get good value.

Ever since I started making my own coconut Oil Toothpaste and adding Oil of Oregano drops, I have not been to a dental office in over 5 yrs. My TP cleans the teeth so good and my breath is pretty fresh after a night of sleep.

Grape seed extract is a powerhouse for gum health. I'm in my 21 yrs of taking this antioxidant.

Interesting. Are you just adding a few drops of tea tree oil to the coconut oil?

Yes, the tea tree oil is pretty intense and just add 5 or 6 drops to the coconut oil.

I was just telling about person about making my own CO toothpaste to which I add drops of clove oil and oil of oregano. I am dental visit FREE over 5 yrs now. I only wish I woke up years ago.

I don't do oil pulling but the TP is my wonderful coconut oil health for my dental work and mouth.

I didn't think tea tree was to be used internally. I could be wrong, but I use tea tree in some of my topicals for my feet and joints.

I bought a natural mouthwash that has tea tree oil in it - it is supposed to be excellent for oral health.

To my coconut oil TP, I add a few drops of Oregano oil and maybe 5-6 drops of clove oil...this is to a 2-3 heaping T of coconut oil base. I make up a fresh batch every 2 weeks or so. Oh yes, I see TP with tea tree oil so maybe I'll add a few drops to my next batch. I love experimenting.

Still doing good with my home made CO toothpaste and now buying Now Foods CO toothpaste and mixing some of it in with my own home made stuff. Keeps me from dentists.

A question about the CO toothpaste, I hope it's not too far off topic. Do you spit the CO into your sink or a wastecan? I've heard that CO will block the sink so I wonder about that. Thanks!
