Smoothies, yogurt, pudding, applesauce.

You can put a lot of different things into smoothies, and they do not require chewing. Spinach, kale, fruit, yogurt, juice, milk, etc.

Other foods you might consider grinding or pureeing until you get new choppers. Pureed chicken breast, veggies, etc. Soup. Soft stews with pieces cut very small.

Didn't the dentist review your nutritional needs?

If you've really lost 34 pounds in 3 weeks than you need to see your doctor (M.D.) ASAP.

The doc may put you on a liquid supplement. He may also do some tests.

Please see your doctor right away.

I think it is better to consult your doctor first and ask what to eat and what not to eat. Because it seems that you have lost much weight and on serious note you should definitely take it seriously.

You should try bananas, soft fruits, milk, yogurt etc. Also as Maria said you should consult your doctor regarding what is best for you to eat.
