Hello,

I am not experiencing any pain/discomfort/bleeding/etc. However, I just took a look at my mouth and noticed the bottom gums were sort of darker/red. I am worried it might be gingivitis or periodontitis. I am not sure if I have always had my gums be that color though, I just happened to notice it today.

I have some pics below.

Thanks.

For better and improved GUM HEALTH, grape seed extract, Vit C and regular brushings with coconut oil toothpaste. My gums are nice and pink and in good health. I use all the above for years.

Um, you do realize the OP started this 2 years ago. And I doubt they come back checking for more answers.

Yes, thank you but I'm responding anyway. Others could be helped.

Many here have a hard time recognizing the benefits of Coconut Oil and oral health. Here is another link from other than those who sell CO.

I've been gargling with hydrogen peroxide 3% after brushing for years now, and as long as I don't spaz out and skip brushing for a couple days I just don't see any, ever. On the rare occasions I do skip I might see a very small bit of blood in the rinse, but that's the only time I see it.
