I had second root canal because one dentist broke the needle inside my tooth..

Go for root canal treatment again. It is possible to occur infection again in the teeth you mentioned because the gums might receded and the bacteria go inside the crowns. Your dentist gave you a reasonable price and go for it. Endodontic Procedure is necessary in my opinion. It's the main point in Root Canal Treatment.
