20 minutes is an exorbitant amount of time to swish anything in your mouth.Most people garbe maybe 50-60 seconds at most. I'd be willing to try it once but don't have 20 minutes every day.

In order to maintain good oral and white teeth, it will be important to do regular brushing and flossing. Also, it is recommended to make a regular visit with a dentist at routine intervals can help to solve issues from starting stage itself.
