I had all of my upper teeth pulled yesterday. Most were easy to pull some broke off at gum line and had to be cut out. No pain just the sound of teeth being twisted to brake loose. Had stitches and was told to wear dentures right away. I wore them until the Nova cane started to wear off. Took pane pill then. Didn't help until I removed the dentures. Slept good thru the night. No pain. Woke up this am with my gums swelled up. IK feel like Marlon Brando in Godfather. Using chipped Ice for now. No more pain pills needed.

You should've kept the dentures on all day. That's why you woke up so swollen.

You wasted your money on the dentures since you did not follow the instructions. The dentures must stay in the mouth so that the swelling and healing of the tissues is shaped to fit the dentures. If you let the swelling occur with the dentures out, you will never get them back in and they no longer fit. New dentures will need to be made after about 8 weeks of healing.
