Which brand of dental implant? (vs, implants, molar, dentist)

While I am in India, I thought I should consider an implant for one of my molar given that the costs are 3-5 fold less than in US. While one can argue the care/expertise in India vs US, my question relates the brand of implants available for me to consider in India.

I have been suggested the following options: I was wondering if anyone can chime in on the ones I should consider and ones I definitely should not.

KOS/SWISS - IHDE Dental (~400 each)
BCS/SWISS - IHDE Dental (~400 each)
Nobel Biocare (~600 each)
HiTech implants, Israel (~500 each)
ADIN, Israel (~500 each)
Nobel Zygoma (~2100 each)

Most people here aren't dentists, and the few who are, as far as I know, aren't implant surgeons. You'd be better off finding a real actual medical/dental forum (as opposed to a public forum of mostly lay-people) and asking there. See if Tuft's has a forum, or any other medical school of an accredited college/university.

I am an implant surgeon and I have never heard of any of those except one. More information is needed to answer your question:

Is this an upper or lower molar?
Will your implant be placed immediate or delayed?
Do you have an intact buccal plate?
What will the implant be opposing?
Will bone grafting be needed?
Will the final prosthesis be cement or screw retained?
Are you going back to India in 3 months for them to place the final crown?

umm that zygoma implant is about 5 inches long (sarcasm) and its meant to go here:

so you cant really compare them to your traditional ones. and id be vary wary of someone trying to place those unless they are skilled in it. you can easily hit the eye, or go a bit to far and you'll be able to feel it from the outside of your cheek.

nobel is very popular in the US. so you may have an easier time when back in the US with that since most implant docs will be familiar with it.

you may want to check with your local doc to see what they recommend (and also what they have to say about you going overseas).

I think it’s a bit tough to recommend the best brand of dental implants because you have your specific set of necessities and choices. But I tell you some tips when looking for a dental implant surgeon: the experience and training background of the resident dentist, the procedure and whole dental implant experience.

I have 2 of the Nobel Biocare I love them they use a snapping method implant has little ball on top lower denture has inserts that just snap on like a trailer hitch if you know what I'm talking about. But going to India is a big mistake but you get what you pay for.
