I've just extracted one tooth and now there is a second I'm considering extracting. Based on the extracted tooth pictured here (warning: graphic image), I think the root looks healthy? So should I extract or crown the other tooth?

Because of the way you worded your OP and the fact that it looks like it's sitting in a sandwich baggie on a kitchen table. You said "I extracted .. a tooth.." instead of "My doctor extracted" or "I had my tooth extracted" (implying that someone other than you did it).

On a text-based forum, the only thing we have to go by to express our thoughts is text. So if you meant something other than you doing the extractions yourself, you were unclear. You're being asked to clarify yourself.

Since no one else has posted since you opened the thread yesterday morning, I'd say it's a pretty fair question.

Why haven't you answered it?

Come on! This is obviously the most intriguing aspect of your post! So what's the story??

And i don't think one extracted tooth image could give anyone here any insight on what to do w the others. We are not amateur kitchen dentists such as yourself.

I think you should crown the other one. Make sure to post pictures.
