Oh, I tried that for a few days. Made my jaw hurt from all the swishing. I probably was too vigorous. Was not a good experience after so I'm trying to stay away from oil pulling.

If your jaw hurts and you develop TMJ from the swishing, not to worry! You can simply fix the TMJ by taking Frankincense and Myrr!

I used Crest white strips a few years ago and since then have been using plain old whitening toothpaste. Seems to be working fine. I don't smoke or drink coffee so that helps I'm sure.
