Removed root canal..can it be replaced with dental implants? (tooth, dentist)

Hi! I’m 45 years old and living in Toronto. I had a root canal on a tooth that has fractured a year ago. It has now been removed and I’m planning to get dental implants. I have made an appointment with my dentist Dr. Dan Hagi for next week. But before consulting doctor I thought of asking my doubt here. Is it possible to replace with an implant or do I have to have a bridge or a partial? Anyone had the same experience with this?

but generally speaking, yes. just remove the tooth. and place an implant. its so easy even a cave man can do it!

but start doing your research on your dentist and also the implant process because we know you'll probably end up here complaining about a procedure you claim had no clue about.

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to have an implant as long as there is sufficient bone to hold the post.

The hole left in the jaw gets filled with a bone graft, then in time, it's ready for the implant. The empty space my be there 4-6 months while the graft grows.
My 2 implants have been about $4,000 each, with good insurance paying less than half.

How many millimeters of vertical bone do you have?? How many millimeters of horizontal bone do yo have? Which tooth? What type of bone do you have? Give us this info and then maybe people on the internet can help.
