Hi guys. Been on here a while just never posted. So my front canine tooth is a baby tooth. The adult one never came down. I had a root canal done on this a few years ago. This year, maybe 6 months ago I had an infection that was treated with antibiotics. I held off on getting it extracted because of school and work and not wanting to get an implant. Now recently I've been having weird health issues. My eyes randomly feel inflamed and pinful but it'll only last a second at a time and comes around rarely. I had light sensitivity (everything feels like I'm in a dream and light hurts my eyes). Optometrist prescribed me antibiotics/steroids for that, seemed to help, but now it's back. My neck hurts, been having random head pressure/pain, and my ears sometimes ring. I've been to the doctor probably 5 or 6 times and they just blame it on anxiety and stress. my Doctor and dentist both told me the infection can't spread past the gum areas so the tooth can't be the problem. However, that is the only thing in my health that has changed. What are the odds of the tooth abscess causing all of this? Having the tooth removed and getting a flipper today temporarily until I get the bridge done.
Could be caused by bacteria, I suppose. You can Google and take a course of Goldenseal and Kyolic Garlic, the natural antibiotics, and see if your health improves.
Sinus infection? Your description sounds like that.
Try seeing an ear nose & throat (ENT) doc.
You may not have been on the antibiotic long enough (sinus infections can be pesky) or the antibiotic may not have been the correct one for that infection.
I have my doubts about a doc who tries to tell you that your symptoms are just anxiety.

Here is a link that sounds like what has been going on..Read thru it and compare how your timeline fits in with all the descriptions you have given~~
I sure feel for you..and it does sound likely the reoccurrence means it was not treated totally..such as is described above link^^. Not have a whole history of your health profile..it's difficult to know precisely..but for sure you need to get back to your Dentist who could steer you appropriately. Any fever? any swelling" any drainage ( bad taste in your mouth)? etc.
