So I was always suffering with headaches all day for 1 year. I was than told that I have tmj and clench my teeth at night causing my pain. I was given a night guard. After the first day, my pain was a lot less on waking up, the next day the pain was completely gone! First time ever! But now I am experiencing dizziness all day! Should I wait out the dizziness? Is it my jay just rearranging it self? What is going on? Please help!

I doubt the dizziness has anything to do with the night guard. I use one and never have had a problem.
You should check with your doctor for an evaluation.

Maybe it could be my body getting used to it?

I have been wearing it for a while now and in fact I wake up with no headaches anymore, I feel I get a better night sleep. How do I get a better night sleep by just wearing it and how did it stop my horrible headaches?

I've worn night guards for many years and never experienced any dizziness. However, untreated jaw disorders like TMJ can contribute to inner ear inflammation. The night guard is "readjusting" things in order to relieve it. Talk to your dentist. Maybe try an OTC anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen to see if it helps.
