Truth is stranger than fiction. All Smiles Dentistry (along with Sunrise Ford) is giving away a 2016 Ford Fusion. What?!?*8 This is just so bizarre I don't know what to make of it.

Anyone else know of a dental establishment doing something like this?

I am just aghast.

I would rather have the equal value in dental work/implants than a vehicle which I don't like or need.

If it's no purchase necessary and I was close enough to pick it up if I win, I'd enter. And if I needed dental work I'd get wherever I already have my dental work done.

Which is nowhere because we just moved back home in August and a week later I had a stroke so no time to find a dentist yet, also, Mr. CSD could use implants and regular dentist don't do those. So the logical and practical answer for us is much different than anyone else since we know the details of our lives.

I agree with you completely. Why don't they offer that?

Maybe because "no purchase necessary" means people who don't need dental work have a chance of winning something they could actually use, that's worth a whole lot more than a car.

Maybe if they offered your choice of a car or dental work of similar value, it'd be great. But if the prize was $23,000 worth of dental work, I wouldn't bother to enter, since I don't need $23,000 worth of dental work and it's not like you can sell it on e-bay for cash.
