I'm not asking for a picture of the actual EOB with your personal information. I am simply asking for the numbers on the EOB which detail the CDT codes, allowable charges, how much is your portion, and how much is the insurance portion. And if the insurance company actually paid their part. Insurance companies routinely say they will cover something then change their minds after a claim is submitted, thus putting the financial burden on the patient.
What's with this recent spat of threads about doctors who live to rip people off? Seems fishy to me. The OP's just want to keep ranting and ranting and ranting...
