Does anyone have any specific toothpaste brands and specific one that is good? Amazon has lot of reviews and some are great, others are not that good. Then you have bad reviews from others which i don't even know why.

No toothpaste is good for whitening. Any whitening that a toothpaste does is because it is abrasive. A whitening toothpaste will simply wear your enamel away. Bleaching is the only thing that whitens teeth.

Default Ask for certificate

I uploaded a couple photos. The name is Natural but look on the ingredients. The natural ingredient is the water.

I brush my teeth with toothpaste which does not contain any abrasive and has good whitening result.

Regarding toothpaste being abrasive, I have changed my thinking on that topic. Check out this thread: //www.city-data.com/forum/denta...-brushing.html

It stands to reason that a more abrasive toothpaste will have better whitening results, but I don't think any toothpaste will do that much for whitening. Think about it this way, if the toothpaste doesn't have any abrasive, what it causing it to whiten teeth?
