Well, I don't use mouthwash products anymore, but do keep a bottle of Hydrogen Peroxide on my sink area and most nights before bed, use small amounts to rinse/gargle with and NO WATER after. There are enough chemicals in our city waters that I feel I don't want to go to sleep with in my mouth. I use all bottle water for drinking and make my own toothpaste too. I'm one of those anti fluoride protesters that believe it SHOULD NOT be added to our drinking water....chlorine is bad enough.
