Thanks for posting this. I am in the process of looking for a dentist and I have seen
so many websites that are like this. They are boiler plate and I suspect many
of the dentists maybe similar to the review posted on yelp. It is difficult to evaluate
a dentist from their website and expensive to interview them in person.

Call around. Many dentists will offer a complimentary consult of around 15 minutes for a single tooth/isolated area (not "I want to fix all my teeth/improve my smile") IF you can provide existing RECENT, LEGIBLE x-rays, periodontal charting, and other documents from a previous dentist. If they have to take new x-rays/photos/etc. or you want to talk about more than just one tooth/area, then they will of course charge for those things and their time.
