I use a Spinbrush and I specifically asked the hygienist if it was OK to use every time I brush, she said yes. I'm over 60 so not worried about running out of enamel.

I brush, floss, water pik, and rinse with mouthwash every night. Got a good report at my last cleaning.

You don't have to spend $100, I got my son one of these and he loves it:

Certainly not! I'm actually planning to trade in my Arm and Hammer Spinbrush for one with a small, round head (the two-part brush is too large for my mouth) -- Walmart's Equate brand at just $8.
