Yes, I think that would be the best way.
Didn't work well when I asked them to talk to him after his cleaning. They did a poor job. Spent less than 1 minute. Probably less than 30 seconds.
My Dad is also challenging to work with. They think they can just say something and he will understand. He is so fixed in his ways. They really need to watch him.
