Right now I am on a 48 hr straight shift so cannot look into it until Monday.
Anyhow, they deduct $2 a month for myself, and $25 a month for my husband for Dental insurance. It is Ameritas. When I went to schedule him an appointment at the clinic, they verified whatever funds he had left (he had some work done) and told me he was cancelled since August.
This is my employer policy. I remain so was not cancelled. Considering asking for a refund of the premiums since August and any future premiums being deducted. Our company is going to a different dental insurance company called Metro-Life. It is open enrollment so I signed us both up already. He can wait until Dec 1st or after when it takes effect for a cleaning.
If they refuse to re-imburse, is there any recourse? Thanks alot
