Two nights before I started feeling mild pain in my upper right canine. It was not too painful so I ignored it and it stopped after 15 to 20 minutes. But after that, this pain come and go in interval of 15 to 20 minutes and getting sever and started spreading. Right now I am feeling sever pain in my both right upper and lower canines along with gum and part of lip above that part of gum.

I consulted a dentist, he checked thoroughly and told me that everything is fine. All your teeth and gums are perfectly healthy, no sign of cavities/carries. So he told me that he is not sure what is the reason for this pain. He just gave me a mouth wash and told me to wait for a week and then consult him after a week.

Right now I am helpless so if anyone know anything about this kind of pain and knows how to cure it or if anyone has ever had this problem and treated it, please share it.

Thanks

I have one upper left tooth where the root is very close to my left sinus. When there is a sudden change in the barometric pressure it impacts my sinus and that one tooth. It also cause pain in my left eye socket. For me it is due to a sudden change in the weather and it can also happen when I fly.

I know when you fly they often recommend chewing gum to counter act the change in air pressure. You might try that to see if it helps. You don't have to have a sinus infection to have a problem with sinus pressure on a nerve.
