For the last 3 days my gums have been bleeding randomly. They bleed sometimes when I brush my teeth but most of the time they bleed when I’m not brushing. This started 3 days ago and they bled at least 2 to 3 times a day since this started. It is only bleeding on the top left part of my mouth. Anyone know what can be causing this and how do I stop this from happening

Sounds like gingivitis, which is caused by bacteria/plaque irritating the gums.

Get them cleaned at the dentist so they can remove any hard calculus buildup, then floss every day at home.

OP: The first thing that came to me is the need for Vit C. Do you supplement with Vit C? And I"m not talking about drinking sugary OJ.

My gums are in very good health and I take higher doses of Vit C and Grape Seed Extract every day for years. No bleeding here, gums in good health and I'm pretty much older.

Are you having another symptoms? If so, I'd definitely see your doctor.
