Dental health but...... you should replace them every 3 mos. (I keep the old ones for cleaning)

about 6 months or so: I use battery operated ones and can safely get 6 moths out of them by changing the batteries about every few months

Our dentist gives us new brushes and specialty cleaners each visit. Then the old one goes into the shop for gun duty.

Dental recommendations is to change any tooth brush out every 90-120days. I don’t wait for bristles to be visually distorted or fall out, etc. I also change the head out after I’ve been sick.
