Permanent teeth (pulled, implants, side, cost)

I really need some direction on implants. I don’t want too use paste to hold dentures in place. I think I want to hold dentures in with lugs ( ? ). I have some of my teeth but they are very sensitive. Actually I have a month full of silver fillings. I have all my front top and bottom. My chewing teeth are gone on one side. On the other side only one left to chew with.

Can I have them all pulled at one time and what would I ask for in replacement. I’m not rich but can afford a good set of permanent dentures.

When my husband checked on dentures, we were told that the ones that snap in with bumps/clips would cost something like $30,000 and the ones that were permanent (held in with implants) would cost about $45,000. But even if we had the money, they couldn't do that because his jawbone wasn't strong enough.

Even the regular dentures (together with pulling his teeth) would cost about $12,000.

I have two implants and they cost about $3,000 each.
