my 12 years child is going for Invisalign soon. doctor is suggesting to extract 4 tooth before Invisalign treatment. is it normal ? any thing I should worry about? please guide. I am happy to share photo but it seems we can't upload photo here.

Make sure your dentist is actually a board-certified orthodontist, and not just a general dentist who took the weekend courses. This treatment is not reversible.

If you are unsure about the proposed treatment for your child, you should seek a 2nd opinion from a dental professional who can give recommendations after thoroughly examining your child, not laymen strangers on the internet who saw a photo. I say this as a parent and a dentist.
