Does have dental insurance save you a significant amount of money when you need top and bottom dentures and multiple extractions done at the big chain denture providers, such as affordable implants and dentures?
Is it worth it?

It depends, Delta sells 'insurance' through Costco or as a add on to your medicare plan, they are garbage, nothing more than discount plans with very few reputable dentists participating, and they sell plans that are usually provided by your employer, those are ok but usually the annual maximum is only about $2,000.
If you know what the name of the Delta Dental plan is that you are considering you should be able to find a list of benefits online
