Always once here, but not always twice, as late at night sometimes get abit tired, like tonight! not good I know.
At least three times if I'm working; more if not. Once in the morning when I wake up, then after breakfast, then before I go to sleep. Actually it's probably more like four since I'll usually brush after I get home from work.
Then if I'm not working, I'll always brush after I eat 'cause I can't stand the after-taste.
Not sure if that's excessive, but had no problems yet. Actually, I've never had any cavities yet (30 yrs old), but then it's been some time since I've been to the dentist. I really need to, yet I'm scared (though I realize it's just going to be worse if I wait) and also, it costs a lot (though I can afford it, I'd just rather save for something else).
I brush in the morning and at night. Floss at night. I try to brush after lunch too. I've started using Closys too and totally love how it gets gunk stuck between my teeth etc out!
Twice a day-AM&PM. But here's the key-Sonicare. Been using it on dentist recommendation for 2 yrs. and practically no plaque build-up at cleanings. Used to have bad plaque, not anymore. This is the only product that ever worked for me. I'm not promoting, just stating what works.
