Implants (dentist, dentures)

Hello everyone!

Is there any one in metro Atlanta that had to do implants and happy with what they did if yes are you able to share the information of the dentist here not sure if that is allowed.

I have been to several dentists, they tell you over the phone they do implants when I get there, they indicate they only do dentures with few implants that I will still be removing what ever they do when I want to sleep and am tired of that hence asking around.
