I do know that Jack Daniels whiskey, taken orally, usually works for me...a few shots spaced over ten minutes usually makes me forget about any tooth pain that I might have been feeling.

My grandma swears rubbing alcohol, like whiskey, on babies gums worked the best for teething. Probably why Woodford is my drink of choice, lol!
