What exactly is "three-on-six"? If you aren't seeing availability, whatever that is is probably not viable for most. I will eventually need a top arch on 6, with some of those being zygomatic (long diagonal) implants. I will be seeing one of the best surgeons in the country for this procedure (right in my own city). Not all dentists are truly qualified to do implant procedures, so be careful.
