When my mouth hit the force broke a piece of the tooth that was an anchor hence loosing the bridge. At present I'm unable to go back to the Dentist that done the work because all of my insurance is used up right now.
For a temp solution is there a good temp cement I can use?
Thanks in advanced!

I can relate and sympathize with you! I had a similar situation some years ago. It was during Christmas weekend and my bridge (3 in front, like yours) fell out. I couldn't get into any dentist at all and of course on Christmas almost all the stores were closed. I went to a convenience store and bought denture adhesive. Not a good idea! The bridge would stay for awhile, then would fall out again. In fact, I was passing a plate of cookies around to family and it fell out right onto the cookie tray!!! It was actually darn funny! So the joke was from then on "all she wants for Christmas is her 3 front teeth"! Anyway, once I got to a dentist I was told that there really isn't anything you can get over the counter that really works. I wouldn't think that a dentist would charge you much just to temporarily cement it in. But if your anchor tooth broke then you could have a big problem on your hands and that wouldn't even work. I would check with your dentist or even other dental practices to see if they could do the temp cement thing and find out how much they'd charge you. Best of luck with that!
