I just made an appointment for a teeth cleaning.

I usually clean my teeth myself with little tools I get at the drug store, but I just spotted some plaque, so I figured I may be missing spots.

Anybody else clean their own teeth?

Otherwise, how often do you get your teeth cleaned?

after extensive and expensive dental work a couple of years ago, i now go in for a deep cleaning every 4 months.
generally, i think it's recommended that you get your teeth professionally cleaned twice a year unless you have issues that require more frequent care.
i'm sure that you're missing many "spots" that will not be detectable to you.
after all the work i had, i strongly recommend maintaining your teeth and gums professionally if you're able to afford doing so.
and floss after every time you eat!!! snacks too. it's worth it.

Wow. I have been in five years. My teeth are fine, however. In fact, I actually have more teeth than most people.

I go every six months although they would like me to go every three months. My husband goes every three months I think.
