Morning/night - usually after meals. (2) I can't stand it if my teeth don't feel slick & clean. Plus I drink a lot of coffee and I remember as kid being killed almost by the librarian's coffee/smokes death breath. Really bad combo.

At least twice. More often if I've got coffee breath (ewww) or if anything I've eaten has left my teeth with that icky, slimy feeling.

I admit it. I only brush once a day. Im lazy. Instead of brushing at night i just rinse with listerine. The only time i brush at night is if ive been drinking soda or eating candy or something. The dentists always says, "wow your teeth look great as usual. Im glad to see you are brushing and flossing twice a day" I just nod my thanks.

lol - my dentist got after me to floss and I started just lying and saying I was.

I usually just do it at night (and a mouthwash) and my gifriend freaks that I don't do it when I wake up. Why? I didn't eat or drink anything since. I can see doing it after breakfast maybe, but first thing? ??

I just kinda do it when I feel like they need to be brushed. I always brush in the morning because of the morning funk, sometimes in the day if I eat something that leaves a bad taste or texture, then usually at night if I don't pass out as soon as soon as I walk in the door.

I really hate the morning breath thing, so I brush my teeth and rinse twice, one after another in the morning. I then brush again if I am going out at all, and usually sometime in the evening. It can be 2-5 times a day, and I always use Listerine mouthwash after I brush.

Joey, c'mon...I would freak too! You obvious don't start your mornings off right (if you get my drift) and if you DO...then you made the point behind why she freaks! lol

Since my teeth all have been crowned ,in either white or yellow gold, over the years once a day with good flossing is enough to avoid gum problems.
