Such as where are you wanting to build? I work for a design firm in Colorado and have worked with many good custom builders on many projects. I know for sure that Coenen Homes, DRH builders, CSI construction, and Kruegar Construction are very good builders. Of course I would still recommend doing more research on each, and really find one that fits with you well before moving ahead on any design. DRH Builders, Coenen Homes, and CSI Construction currently have projects in Huntington Trails at 144th and Huron in Westminster. All of them are small mom and pop shops and really strive to do good for their clients. I have done design work for them in the past.
