Hi, where is my best place to research what places are selling for this year?

We're looking for a downtown condo. Something like the Spire possibly.
I looked at this site //www.city-data.com/real-estate...-CO-80211.html but it doesn't give sq ft or anything.
I looked at the assessors office but that doesn't have recent sales.

Thanks

craiglist, for sale by owner websites, and realtor.com. looking at all three of these will give you a good idea of current market values. Assessors offices always lag by a couple years.

Assessor's Office do not lag behind in years. A month to six weeks maybe.

Since the Spire is new...There are 15 available in MLS from $243,000 1 bed 1 bath to $954,000 for a 3 bed 2 bath.

3 have sold in the last three months.

Watch out for craigslist when it comes to real estate. Some good info there but also lots of tomfoolery.

The Post keeps track of sales:

Denver CO Metro Home Sales Database - The Denver Post

You can leave off the "Date of Sale" parameter and get everything for a given street/city/country.

Great input.

It's really hard tp use those sites because there are huge price swings based on number of parking spaces, storage units and so forth. I guess there's no good answer.

I really like the building. Does anyone hate it? Why?

I've never used it for condos, but I would think that Zillow would be pretty useful for this sort of thing.

That's funny. Zillow is not close to being accurate. It's for fun, not for money.
