Absolutely not. First, winters in CO are much colder then in OR. Precipitation in CO will normally be in the form of snow in the winter, not rain.

Second the climates of OR and CO are complete opposites. OR is a Mediterranean Climate. Which means wet winters and dry summers. CO is a Continental Climate. Dry winters and wet summers.

If you'd like to trade your rain for more sun and colder (subfreezing temps in the winter) and you are willing to put with 60" of snow a year, you might enjoy living in CO.

Personally, I'd probably never go back to living in a climate like CO. Simply because I can handle rain and lack of sunshine, as long as I'm not freezing my ass off. But then I'm kind of a nighttime person anyway.

Bah gawd, I take this topic back! This summer has been crazy! Definitely no worse than back in the midwest!
