If you have a foreclosure issue in the Denver metro area and are low-income OR a senior citizen, call Colorado Legal Services at (303) 837-1313, no charge--non-profit.

That's a link to city-data forums. I meant do you have some hard facts or link to hard facts.

I find it hard to believe that BOA makes a habit of foreclosing on property that they've already done a short sale on. Sure it could have happened once or twice by mistake, but any more than that?

I find it easy to believe that they don't bother to inform the consumer of the latest status of their internal proceedings. But that doesn't mean they are illegally trying to profit twice from the same property.

There is plenty of proof that lenders are falsely foreclosing on people.

It personally happened to me, I was not delinquent. The foreclosure attorney withdrew the NED after it was determined to be a computer glitch.

I got so mad, I paid off the deed of trust.
