Inventory for greater Denver is running about 1K less this year than it was in 2012.
Buy now. Bidding wars forecasted for Spring 2014.

Latest Case-Shiller report shows home prices up in 20 major markets. "Bargains" exist in Detroit and Cleveland. Meanwhile, the DC area that we vacated in 2005 for COLO SPGS has the highest index.

If I had cash just lying around, Detroit is definitely where I'd buy up properties right now. Get them on the cheap, and when Detroit comes back (because it will), you could go Scrooge McDuck on your profits.
