Oakland had occupied the top spot for the fewest days on the market on realtor.com®’s report since November 2013.

Lease rates climbed to $22.36 per square foot after a steady increase for the past 10 quarters. In fact, the report noted that average (measured in “full service gross” terms) marked the “highest overall direct asking lease rate ever posted in the Denver market,” according to CBRE.
