The Littleton Planning Board approved amended plans for the Sullivan Littleton Lofts, a five-story, 73-unit condominium building in downtown Littleton. The project is proposed for a site at 5848 Rapp Street by Rapport Holdings.The project was originally approved for 52 units in 2007 but has since been redesigned to feature smaller units. Deutsche Bank ranks Denver near San Fran and San Diego and does worse than LA, Seattle and Portland in buying favorability. Meaning for every $1 a buyer spends a renter spends $0.76 less. Still king to be a seller in Denver.... buyer, not so much.

I briefly looked for a web site or other news resource that addressed planned/future community construction but did not find anything useful other than this site with one story (maybe others later?):

Isn't that the general trend though? More houses on sale right before summer so people can move int eh summer?

Does anyone know what is being built at South Platte Canyon and Mineral in Littleton? It's a RAND construction site and it's next to a condo/apartment complex. Just curious if it was more condos, apartments or some businesses
