Flagship movie theater based from Austin, TX is coming soon the Denver area.

I can tell you if you like to be served while eating, drinking and watching a movie all at the same time; Alamo is a great place to check out!!

They Independent movies from time to time. The food is very good (not just popcorn, pickles and candy).

Having been to all the places mentioned here AND Alamo Drafthouse now that we're in Austin, there is NO comparison. The experience is heads above anything in Denver and that's the why ADH is named the best theater in the nation by Entertainment Weekly. Denver folks ARE in for a treat.

Looking forward to it.

Cinema Grill is kind of trashy and only runs movies after they are out of the main theaters.

Landmark is pretty good but pricey. It plays first run movies.

Movie Tavern is kind of nice and the prices are very reasonable. Their movies are first run.

Perfect. Only a few miles from home.

I live at Aspen Grove, so this is just a bonus

It's going where Buca used to be

Has anyone tried Cinebarre? It's a godsend to us in Thornton. No kiddos under teenie bopper age allowed (except on scream day). They were awarded best movie theater food by Denver 7 News. Awesome burgers, old fashioned popcorn (real butter), great pizzas -- and did I mention beer, all kinds micro and PBR AND wine???? They def beat out Cinema Grill. Beat out Landmark with food but not with movies. They show mainstream movies. I haven't been to Movie Tavern so can't comment.

I'm excited about the Alamo - but wish it was a bit more central so we could all easily get there.
