Can anyone recommend the best way to get from the Denver Amtrak station to a private residence in Roxborough? Most businesses focus on airport shuttle, but I'm looking from train station to home.

You could take the C Light Rail line down to Mineral Station, (Mineral and Santa Fe) but you'd need to be picked up from there, or call a taxi. (Some serve the south metro area.)

The temporary Amtrak Station (at 20th and Chestnut) is a just a few blocks from the Light Rail Station which can get you that far south.

Unfortunately, RTD doesn't stretch to Roxborough. You'll either have to walk from the temporary Amtrak Station to the Union Station light rail platforms and take the C Line to Mineral Station. There you'd have to call a taxi service such as South Suburban (303-888-8888) to complete your trip.

Or just take a taxi from the Amtrak Station. There are always a few lined up when the train arrives.

Yup - South Suburban Taxi is the one I was thinking of. I see them all over the Tech Center. Or Metro Taxi. 303-333-3333

Walk over to Light Rail, call the taxi service while waiting and they should be ready to pick you up at Mineral.
