This was inspired by another post I saw but if you could live anywhere in the Denver area no matter what the cost, where would you live and why?
For me I would live in the Saddle Rock area of SE Aurora near Ponderosa Trail and Smoky Hill. This would be my first choice for many reasons, mostly a mixture of childhood memories, with the convenience of close shopping, being within Cherry Creek School District and all the new developments and trails nearby.
What's your first choice?

I'd probably live in one of those newly constructed "scrapes" townhomes in Cherry Creek North such as one of these:

Great, convenient location, and walkable neighborhood with tons of conveniences, entertainment, shopping & dining. Since money would be no issue, I'd be able to afford to do that every night of the week.

I agree with vegaspilgrim. I'd probably want to live in a "scrape" in Cherry Creek. My second choice would be something over by DU.

I would want to live in the Applewood area of Wheat Ridge between West 32nd to West 38th., just east of Youngfield.

Humboldt Island would be nice, so would the Highlands Ranch mansion (if it became privately owned). If only money really didn't matter...
