HI! i will be relocating to the Denver area in mid to late March. I have no infromation on the city. I would like to be close to the downtown and be within walking distance to a park or even better a lake. :

Any suggestions??

Hi, it would be helpful to know your budget, but one suggestion is the Highlands or Sloans Lake area. Highlands is an older, established area, but also is going through some gentrification. You will find all kinds of people in this neighborhood. Sloans Lake is just west of Highlands and has a nice park with a lake that is about 3 miles around. Both neighborhoods have a mix of people and a mix of housing. Highlands can be very expensive depending on your budget. Both are very close to downtown.
