Hi All,

So I have an interview with a company that is located on S Colorado Blvd between Cory-Merrill and Virginia Village. Is this a good area?

Is traffic to this area usually heavier going south from Broomfield/Westminster or going North from Highlands ranch?

What would I be looking at in regards to commuting times to this spot from Westminster? From Highlands ranch? Is there light rail to this area?

What would be another neighborhood option close to this location that is similar to a Westminster/Broomfield/Highlands Ranch?

South Colorado & I-25 is one busy intersection. Light rail goes along Evans on the south east side. Getting over to the north side is tricky. I once took my bike, which was ok, but not if you have to dress up.

1. Not sure what you mean by "good". Safe? Yes. I used to live 1 mile from this spot. Be sure to check out Taco Bell #2701.
2. Colorado Blvd is one of the most heavily trafficked surface arterials in the state. It is crowded and slow most of the time between Evans on the south to Colfax on the north. In both directions.
3. Not sure about commuting times, but the commute will not be pleasant.
4. Ditto.
5. The nearest light rail station is I-25 and Evans. Not convenient.
6. A better neighborhood would be Cory-Merrill, but it is not like the other 3 cities. You might consider: University Hills, Wellshire, Goldsmith or the unincorporated Arapahoe County enclave.

the area is fine. I have commuted to this area from Highlands Ranch. It took about 45 minutes. I think the traffic on Colorado Blvd is horrible and avoid it whenever possible.
