Lone tree used to be part of Littleton and is now it's own little 'city'. I live here and am very familiar with the area, getting ready to move from one spot to another. Message me if you have questions - would love to help.

Lone Tree is where all of the cool people live. ; )

I call Lone Tree, "East Highlands Ranch". It's really just an extension of Highlands Ranch but this isn't a bad thing of course.

I agree, its like highlands ranch plus. Heritage hills is a bit over rated but the area is safe. I can only think of one incident a year ago where some guys in a van were picking up little girls in lone tree, but over all it's safe.

Actually, Lone Tree was never a part of Littleton. It probably had a Littleton mailing address, which really confuses lots of people. Lone Tree became a city in 1998.

Ah, one my favorite new micro breweries. Their chocolate stout and double IPA are tasty.

+20 for the Double IPA! Watch out for Lone Tree officers sitting in Furniture Row parking lot, they seem to harass exiting pub patrons regardless of amount consumed.
