I've lived the on-campus life already, and grew out of it far too quickly. That's one of the things that attracted me to this school. As for the tuition, the out-of-state rate is actually among the lowest overall of the schools that I'm applying to, which are all either private or out of state. So whatever I do, I'll be in debt for the long run.

Also, I'll be eligible for in-state tuition after living in Colorado for at least a year. That technically makes it the cheapest of all my options.

Are you 23 or older or soon to be?

Soon to be. From my understanding, you have to be 22 and live there for at least a year to be eligible.

I'd be all right with living a little bit further outside the city, too, if anyone knows some good areas. In that case, I may be able to bring a car if the difference in rent from a place in Highlands or something like that is big enough to afford me a parking pass.
