I've been fruitlessly searching for a house in my price range and I'm about to give up and resign myself to continued living in apartmentville.

At the very least I want to change complexes -- the one I live in now has no kids and it's heartbreaking to watch my 6 year old riding her scooter up and down the sidewalk all on her lonesome. Something I don't think I've ever seen discussed here is, does anyone know of nice complexes that have a lot of families and kids? In this day of 1% vacancy rates, living in an apartment isn't just for youngsters and poor folks anymore, I'm sure there must be complexes where families cluster because it's in a good school zone in an otherwise expensive area, or because they're saving up for a house, etc. When I was six, we lived in an apartment for a while and I have fond memories of running around the relatively safe confines of the complex with lots of other kids -- if I can't give my kid the benefit of a house in a kid-packed suburban neighborhood, I at least want to be somewhere where she isn't alone.

Anyone?

Default ¿Quanto Dinero?

How much?
Rent? Number of bedrooms needed?
Purchase? Attributes?

Purchase no, just rent. I don't want to state a price because I want to be open to any good, safe, family-friendly complex -- let me worry about what I can afford. And 2 or 3 bedrooms.

Pick one of these and you will have another child in 9 months. There is something in the water.

Look around good schools.

For example: Bear creek k-8 in Lakewood had many family filled apartments next to it.
