The Mayan is at 2nd and Broadway. Not really uptown by any stretch.

That's Baker/West Wash Park. Or "Broadway Terrace" if you're old school.

The last party I attended in Stapleton there was a heated debate about what type of light bulbs are the best. Verdict: Stapleton is NOT hip!
